Sk\u00e4r n\u00e4stan helt tinad lax, 5-600 gram, i kuber<\/p>\n

Hacka en purjol\u00f6k, det vita<\/p>\n

Sk\u00e4r en stor tomat, alternativt en halv ask cocktailtomater i trekanter eller halvor<\/p>\n

Hacka en halv r\u00f6d paprika i mellanstora bitar<\/p>\n

L\u00e4gg laxkuberna i en ugnsfast form och krydda med krusmyntag\u00e5rdens citronpeppar.<\/p>\n

L\u00e4gg gr\u00f6nsakerna runt om i formen. Blanda samman: tre till fyra deciliter matgr\u00e4dde, laktosfri, tv\u00e5 till fyra matskedar fryst dill, alternativt en kruka hackad och en och en halv tesked matlagningssenap. Jag har en ekologisk senap fr\u00e5n Kung Markatta. H\u00e4ll blandningen \u00f6ver fisken och gr\u00f6nsakerna.<\/p>\n

St\u00e4ll formen i ugnen i 20-30 minuter, tills laxen \u00e4r helt genomstekt. Servera med kokt, pressad potatis eller f\u00e4rsk gr\u00f6nk\u00e5l brynt i laktosfritt sm\u00f6r fr\u00e5n Valio.<\/p>\n

Assistansen: Laxkuberna blir n\u00e4stan alltid f\u00f6r stora. Jag f\u00e5r, tre av fyra g\u00e5nger, be assistenten att halvera bitarna igen. I \u00f6vrigt \u00e4r detta en r\u00e4tt som \u00e4r v\u00e4ldigt enkel att laga med assistans. Tar under timmen.<\/p>\n
