Skala och koka tv\u00e5 p\u00e5sar delikatesspotatis och l\u00e5t den svalna s\u00e5 pass att den g\u00e5r att sk\u00e4ra. Under tiden potatisen svalnar, blanda samman gr\u00e4ddfil och majonn\u00e4s i en vid sk\u00e5l.
\nSk\u00f6lj gurkan och sk\u00e4r den i t\u00e4rningar. Sk\u00f6lj och skiva r\u00e4disorna och t\u00e4rna \u00e4pplet i lika stora bitar som gurkan. Ansa gr\u00e4sl\u00f6ken och klipp den fint. Det ska, som angivet ovan, bli cirka en deciliter klippt gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k. L\u00e4gg \u00e4pple och gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k \u00e5t sidan, grovhacka r\u00f6dl\u00f6ken. Blanda ned r\u00f6dl\u00f6ken i sk\u00e5len med gr\u00e4ddfil- och majonn\u00e4sblandningen. V\u00e4nd sedan ned potatisen, \u00e4pplet och gr\u00e4sl\u00f6ken. Sk\u00f6lj dillen lite l\u00e4tt och klipp den fint \u00f6ver den n\u00e4stan f\u00e4rdiga potatissalladen.
\nAvsluta med salt och vitpeppar. Blanda f\u00f6rsiktigt och smaka av!<\/p>\n
Ber er om urs\u00e4kt i f\u00f6rv\u00e4g, f\u00f6r en gr\u00e4sligt ful tallrik, men det var v\u00e4ldigt kallt ute och k\u00f6ttet beh\u00f6vde \u00e4tas fort f\u00f6r att inte bli alldeles f\u00f6r kallt, d\u00e4rf\u00f6r hann jag inte ta n\u00e5gon bild p\u00e5 sk\u00e5len med den f\u00e4rdiga potatissalladen.<\/p>\n
Assistansen n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller potatissallad? Jag skriver allts\u00e5 bara en sak: V\u00c4NDA NER POTATISEN, inte r\u00f6ra. F\u00f6r mig har det tagit ett flertal g\u00e5nger att ”jobba ihop mig” med assistenten vid detta moment. Assistenten f\u00e5r inte bli f\u00f6r v\u00e5ldsam, och jag i min tur m\u00e5ste vara vaksam p\u00e5 att hon f\u00f6ljer mina instruktioner ang\u00e5ende detta exakt.<\/p>\n
